Enjoy the lovely setting of this quirky space surrounded by nature and on the doorstep of Longleat, Longleat Forest, Center Parcs, Wind Hill B1kepark and a short distance from Heavens Gate, Sheerwater, Stone Henge, the Heritage City of Bath and much much more. The space provides a double bed, seating area, quirky shower, separate toilet with sink, wifi, tv with Netflix and outside seating area overlooking our garden backed by fields. We are located in the picturesque village of Horningsham, which is part of the Longleat Estate. This is a family room which sleeps up to 4. price starts at 1. The room features a double bed along with full sized bunk beds. A cot is available on request. The room's facilities are as follows: En-suite with shower over bath Breakfast Basket Smart TV Fridge Microwave Kettle Toaster This room has a private entrance and does not share facilities with any other guests.

Set in an idyllic, tranquil setting with beautiful grounds surrounding, babbling brooks, a mill pond; solitude and yet close to Bath, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Longleat, Center Parcs, cycling routes, Castle Combe, footpaths, bridleways and many more places to discover. Detached / entire property with its own access with bifold doors opening up onto a private courtyard which has an outside table where you can enjoy watching the sun go down over the mill pond.

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

Lovely annexe: private bathroom, entrance & garden

A gorgeous and spacious double room annexe, with en suite bathroom, private entrance through french windows and facilities for simple cooking (microwave/toaster). A portion of the front garden, with table and chair, is entirely for guests' use. The room sits at the end of a detached period cottage, once an old weaver's cottage in the 17th century, overlooking the Longleat estate and thus beautiful views. There is free off-road parking and only a few miles to Frome or Warminster.

Simple, cosy, quiet, relaxing space for 2 - Birch

Not quite a barn and not really a cottage, to let. Therefore, a “Barnlet” :) Birch Barnlet is 1 of 2 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 2 couples, all set in the gardens of our house.
