A beautifully renovated 1842 townhouse on a pristine block in the heart of town in Hudson. Your full floor basement apt has a private entrance, two large rooms, full bath, decorative fireplace, coffee machine, mini fridge and microwave. Not a full kitchen. Private garden patio with vintage Portuguese tiles and climbing hydrangeas. Two blocks to Warren street, and a quick walk to Amtrak with free parking. Strictly NO PETS allowed! If we find evidence of a pet a $250 cleaning fee charge.

The apartment is spacious, bright, peaceful and very private. There is a coded lock, and your own front entry and spacious front porch.
