Come stay at this newly renovated basement suite minutes from downtown Denver, Coors Field, Mile High Stadium, the Highlands, and the RiNo art district. This centrally located home is right off both I-25 and US-36, less than 30 minutes from Boulder and Red Rocks! The private one-bedroom suite is spacious and cozy. It is equipped with a coffee bar and dining area, a WFH office space, a gorgeous bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a patio/backyard with a fire pit and plenty of seating.

This cozy basement is in the perfect location! Close to all all major highways and 10 minutes to Coors Field! In the living room there is a hot/cold water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave, coffe maker and a tray with tea, coffee, creamer and sugar. We are 420 friendly indoor and outdoor. I have installed new carpet and would like to keep it shoe free throughout the basement Early check-in requests will be an additional $30 PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO FULL KITCHEN IN THIS AIR BNB.

Your space is in the basement of our home with a private keyless entrance and includes a private off street parking spot IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. Lyft or Uber, are never more than a one or two minute wait. Downtown is within a 20 minute walk. Smoking is allowed outside (420 friendly). Your suite is self contained with everything you need to be comfortable. You will receive your entry code on the day of your arrival after we have your arrival and departure times.

We provide a coffee machine, coffee, candy and a small wine fridge. The suite is within 15 minutes of Downtown, LoDo, Rino, City Park, Stapleton and Lowry Town Centers, museums, zoo, and The Cherry Creek Shopping District. There are lots of nearby restaurants/bars/breweries.
