Eye-opening 1300sf open concept beach apt with absolutely 0 clutter within 100 yards from the beach. Beach chairs and beach passes included! Private driveway! Walk-in infrared sauna! Polished concrete with real hardwood floors! Inhouse laundry machine! 15 min walk to LIRR, 5 min walk to nightlife and restaurants. Yes, this must be the spot. Some hosts have mastered the art of making their pictures look better than reality. I have mastered making my places look better in person than the pictures

On-site parking, washer/dryer too. Point Lookout is a quiet little getaway with very little traffic so it's ideal to walk/bike around town.

Location Location Location! This beach facing house is very peaceful and beautiful. It is about 3500 sq, newly renovated. place has a living room in each lever. A oversized balcony good for dinning and relaxing. It has direct access to beach and water. Beach chairs and kayak is available to use. Walking to many restaurants and parks. Place good for fishing and many water activities. Indoor parking is also available upon request.

My Space by the Beach

My spacious 2nd floor apartment is located 1 block from the ocean. A 5 minute walk or $5 cab to all the west end nightlife. A $5 cab to the train station that goes to NYC. You have an ocean view from the front windows. The south side deck can be used for BBQing. I can provide a grill and outdoor table w/ chairs. The building is quiet and the tenants are friendly. You will not regret staying in My Space by the Beach!

Our beautiful and clean beach house is 4 houses off the Long Island Sound where you will enjoy private beach rights. The house is filled with everything your family will need to be comfortable during your stay. There are plenty of toys, ride on toys, and sports equipment for indoor or outdoor play as well as everything needed for cooking. Our house is also walkable to many stores and restaurants.
