Spacious lake house with a private beach, directly on Lake Todd in Newbury, NH, located within the Lake Sunapee Region. Fish for bass, pickerel or swim/boat to one of the lake's three islands. Relax on the water or on one of the large decks overlooking the lake. Enjoy local outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, golfing, fishing & kayaking. Mt Sunapee ski area is only 10 minutes down the road. Enjoy ice skating and cross country skiing right out your door in the winter or cozy by the fire.

Lots of light and room to spread out with 2 furnished common areas and a bathroom on each floor. Just a quick walk to the private community beach, or a 6 mile drive to the amenities at Mount Sunapee and Lake Sunapee. Short drive to New London provides grocery and restaurants.
