Take it easy in the woods at this cozy, off-grid A frame located in the Sebago Lakes Region. Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Step out of the screened in patio to lakeside relaxation. Dive into crystal waters, snorkel or float with a cool beverage. Kayak or canoe out to Turtle Cove and enjoy the wildlife in this natural waterway teeming with birds to include our resident Blue Heron, ducks, geese, and loons who make this place their home. We have the fortune of bald eagle pairs in several tall pines. Turtles sunning on doting rocks and lily pads in bloom greet us each day. It is a natural water landscape.

Cozy Cottage-Near Harbor & Park

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Songo Lock Cabins #1

Cabins on the waterSongo Lock Cabins are located at the Historical Songo Locks. The cabins are over 100 years old and date back to the early 1900's.. Every year we add new things . The cabins are on the water and have their own dock. The Songo Locks is hand operated and opens to allow boats in and lowers them so they can continue down river into Sebago Lake. You can sit at your cabin and watch the boats or grab a fish pole and do some fishing.

The perfect retreat for families & friends or even a romantic getaway! Plenty of room to stretch out, relax & feel at home. Full kitchen, comfy beds, wrap around porch, seasonal use of grill, fire pit and lots of space to explore and launch adventure from. Five minutes to Pleasant Mountain, ten minutes to downtown Bridgton, thirty minutes to North Conway and about forty-five minutes to Mt. Washington. Well behaved dogs welcome!

Two covered porches for grilling and sitting outside should mother nature feel like crying 🌧️ on you, and you can still be outside 🙂

Welcome to the Hygge Hut! Relax in this cozy log cabin with stunning mountain views from every room. Enjoy the hot tub in the backyard, sit by the fire pit on the patio, and feel right at home with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Plenty of hiking nearby. Skiing is just 20 mins to Mt. Abrams and 35 mins to Sunday River, many breweries, antique shops and gem digging nearby.

Riverfront cabin between Portland & White Mtns.

Look out onto the always-changing Ossipee River from this cute little log cabin. Use our tandem kayak, or fish and swim from our dock. In the winter months, ride your snowmobile right from the driveway, take a brewery tour in Portland, head to the White Mountains, or just watch the river go by. Cornish, Maine is just 12 minutes away and has plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.
