Our beach guest house is an oceanfront dream for a couple's retreat. Come relax by the sea. Listen to the waves crashing right outside your door. Disconnect or work while here we have fast WiFi for you. Enjoy this gem of a place on the coast of Maine as a year round escape. Come make some memories to cherish for a lifetime. All 4 seasons are beautiful here. Pro tip: Wake up early and observe the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It is totally worth getting up early and will not disappoint.

Guest House at the Beach

We have a well equipped 1 bedroom space over our new garage (no garage access, owners present) with a queen bed, huge great room, kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, convection microwave and induction cooktop. 1 full Bath with washer/dryer, outdoor shower. 360 degree views of Biddeford Pool and Fortune Rocks Beach. Centrally located to many southern Maine beaches and activities. Walk to Biddeford Pool, Wood Island Lighthouse and use stairs to Beach. Towels, sheets and Beach chairs provided.

Brenda and Phil's Place

Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

By the Beach - Cottage

The Cottage is close to many Maine attractions and yet tucked into a small neighborhood that feels like going back in time. A 5-10 min. walk to the beach for the day or a close drive to Old Orchard Beach amusement park, Fun Town Splash Town, Aquaboggin, or many restaurants. Enjoy where the river meets the Ocean in Camp Ellis a couple of streets over. A 25 min. car ride to Portland and its sights. Miles of beach, walking trails, and views for biking. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Renovated downstairs apartment with seperate entrance located directly on the Saco river only 1 mile to beaches. Includes a full bathroom & kitchen, 1 king & 1 queen bed, new washer and dryer and plenty of space to rest and relax after a busy day on the beach or in downtown Old Orchard. Spend the morning sitting watching the boats go by and enjoy access of boathouse directly over the water!

Quiet Hideaway near Biddeford Pool and UNE

Our place is just a few minutes drive away from Biddeford Pool and UNE. You’ll love it because of its private wooded location, near quiet beaches and lighthouses, but with easy access to Portland and Kennebunkport.
