Large Town House uniquely located 200 yards from the 1st tee of the world famous Old Course, St Andrews. With six bedrooms, three large bathrooms, large reception lounge and great kitchen dining room, the house is an outstanding location for golf and St Andrews. There is a large secluded garden to the rear to enjoy and relax after golf or spending time in town. We also provide free parking for two vehicles. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.
