Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

This 1 master bedroom 2 conjoining room home can sleep up to 6 guests. There is tons of outdoor space featuring a running brook in the back, bbq, gas fire-pit, wood fire-pit, corn hole and darts. Kayaks are also available to use for nearby beach. The house is fully equipped with wi-fi, phone and cable.
