Join me, a veteran yoga instructor in Chiang Mai, to participate in the sacred ceremony of almsgiving—where laypeople offer food and necessities to Buddhist monks—followed by a restorative yoga class. • I’ll share an overview of the ancient practice, which supports the spiritual practice of Thai Buddhist monks and is seen as a way to cultivate generosity, humility, and gratitude for those giving and receiving. • Participate in the almsgiving to monks as they approach the Nantaram Temple, which is steps from our studio space. • Take some quiet moments to reflect and soak in the calm energy of the morning before moving into a gentle yoga class focused on relaxation, deep breathing, and grounding. You’ll leave feeling centered and refreshed, having participated in an ancient spiritual tradition.

Discover the joy and relaxation of making your very first bamboo lantern that you can take home, as it fold tightly and can fit easily in a backpack. Choose from a wealth of beautifully designed fabrics which you can mix, and craft on any shape ,frame pre-made 20cm or 30cm. There are no rules, you come in anytime of the day, and set your own pace, there is no rush. I'll gently guide you through the process, but you'll be the artist of your own creation. I have been a diving instructor for more than 10 years. In this experience, we will visit Okinawa's famous Blue Cave. Please enjoy the shining sea. When the weather is bad, we will not be able to enter the cave. Instead, we will have a fish-feeding experience in a different part of the sea. The ocean by Okinawa is very beautiful. I will offer you a pleasant time. Other things to note I wear a life jacket on the bathing suits and enter the sea. If you do not like sunburn, please wear a rash guard Shower and parking lot are charged. Shower 100 yen, parking lot is 100 yen per hour. Participants must be between 15 ～ 65 years old. ーーーーーーーーーー The photo will send the data. In addition, the photos taken on the day may be posted on our SNS and YouTube.
