Het ligt tussen het centrum van Willemstad en de mooie natuur en stranden van Westpunt in. Ideaal! De ingang van Blue Bay is zo'n 2 minuten rijden (800 meter) en Kokomo bevindt zich op 6 minuten rijden. Binnen 4 minuten rijden ben je bij een grote supermarkt. De bekende Pondjesbrug is 12 minuten rijden. Het ziekenhuis is 10 minuten rijden.

Village #45 - Flamingo View is a recently restyled, detached and ground-floor bungalow without upstairs or downstairs neighbors. For even greater comfort we purchased a new King Bed for ‘the Master bedroom’, a big USA fridge / freezer and a BIG AIR CONDITIONING UNIT in THE LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN. From the porch you have a great view at the Golf course and the flamingo's in the lake. The gorgeous “Blue Bay Beach” is only a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The villa has an unobstructed view of the flamingo lake and is situated at the end of a private path. The villa is a “stand-alone” with a tropical garden surrounding it. Lounging at the spacious veranda overlooking the flamingo lake and the golf course is really dazzling!
