Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

The Old Shop B&B is a ground floor character en-suite double bedroom in a 17c cob and stone house. The room was part of the village shop since at least the first part of the 1800s until 1989. The en-suite is a wet room with bespoke furniture, made to compliment the history of the building. Perfectly located for use of the charming village pub and the well stocked village shop. PLEASE NOTE Rate quoted is room only, meat free breakfasts can be supplied at £7.50 extra pppn.
