The property has its own private dock accessible for personal motor boat use and is equipped with a Canoe, 2 Kayaks, and Pedal Boat for guest use! 5 mins to Downtown Saranac Lake and 20 mins to Lake Placid. Our cabin provides comfort, privacy and a convenient base for exploring nearby Saranac Lake, Lake Placid and the surrounding area. A historic ice house dating back to the early 1900s, the cabin has been renovated to feature a cozy loft, bathroom and comfortable indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Nestled in a quiet, wooded setting with easy access to hiking trails, paddling, and local shops, it’s the perfect retreat for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking a peaceful getaway.

Third floor non smoking apartment . The kitchenette contains a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster oven,Keurig coffee maker. Private bathroom, off street parking for one vehicle only. Additional vehicles must be parked in the village lot. Walk to downtown,10 miles to Lake Placid, plenty of outdoor recreation such as hiking and kayaking nearby. Access to the Adirondack Rail Trail is nearby. This space is suitable for three people comfortably. There is 1 Full sized bed and 1 twin bed.

Village Cottage-Walk to Downtown

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

It is conveniently located about two blocks from Main Street with private off street parking. Within a 5-10 minute walk you can find restaurants, shops, grocery/health food stores, parks/playgrounds, river walk, and an ample amount of entertainment including live music and art events.

Picture windows offer fantastic views of Lake Flower, the Adirondacks and the downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.
