It can get very hot most places inland, so bring a bottle of water for every person. The travel time to each city is an hour or more.

People in Mendocino county are much more relaxed and Pinot Noir on the coast is very good. Very easy to enjoy yourself with hardly anyone around. Beautiful and quiet, hard to beat.
