Fern Cottage is nestled on the rear of our property with your own private entrance as well as its own cozy outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade. Your front entrance has a lovely porch with swing. The apartment is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen. There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen as well as a full size fridge with a freezer full of ice located just outside your bedroom door in the garage. Off street parking is provided.
