Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful cottage. A Two bedroom one bath cottage featuring full kitchen, spacious living/dining area, and a full bath with bathtub/shower. A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

Walk to Yorkies ice-cream after a fun day @ the lake fishing, hunting, boating & swimming. Short drives to Conneaut Lake, Spillway, local wineries, & Pymatuning Deer Park where you can feed the deer, monkeys, & more animals by hand. Large driveway can handle 6 cars or accommodates a boat along with your vehicles. In the evening relax by the firepit as the kids play on swing set.

Furnace/AC/Woodburner Cozy coffee deck off kitchen. Gas grill; firepit area with seating. Room to park/plug in boat or pontoon. ☆Not a party cabin. ☆NON-SMOKING.

Situated steps from Pymatuning Lake and the marina. The property backs up to Pymatuning State Park which offers bird watching, frisbee golf, nature & bike trails, etc. The unit is newly updated to provide you all the comforts of home. Please note that because of the age of the home and it's location we operate on well water. We do provide bottled water and a brita system for our guests. If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.

Our renovated cottage is fully equipped for your stay, conveniently located near local dining, cafes, wineries, breweries, swimming spots, disc golf, and hiking/biking trails. Feel the call of nature as you bring your boats bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, and paddleboards to enjoy all the lake has to offer.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Riverview Country Cabin

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil getaway nestled atop a scenic ridge of the Ashtabula River. Get away from it all and enjoy your morning coffee inside the cozy cabin with views that stretch up and down and across the river. Or bask in the beauty of nature outside on the custom-made porch swing. Keep an eye out for the local bald eagles as they soar above the river daily, right outside your door! This custom built cabin is the perfect quiet getaway!

Lakefront home w stunning views overlooking Conneaut Lake. Maximum of 5 guests in the main house (1 queen in MB & 1 sofa bed in great room). There is a twin bedroom & half bath in the basement.
