At our tranquil small lodge, you'll find the right balance of indoor comfort & outdoor wonder. A perfect place to call home base. A total getaway from the city, only a mere 15 miles from the Des Moines Metro. Situated on 10 acres of timber land, and surrounded by an additional 40 acres of woodlands, the Timberlandia lodge is our 2-bedroom/2-living room home with intentional indoor and outdoor spaces to get lost, retreat inside, and as Mom said, to go outside and play.

Victoria's House is situated in the idyllic Norwalk countryside at Rose Farm, a boutique flower farm. The home has been thoughtfully designed to exude the warmth + charm that Victoria, my late mother-in-law, herself radiated. You'll find a basket to collect eggs from the coop each day, vases to fill with flowers you harvest from the gardens (seasonally), and fresh ground coffee ready to be brewed each morning. Come take a sabbatical and enjoy the slow pace + beauty of the country.
