With amazing views of the sunset this Port Bay cottage has it all. A permanent dock to enjoy days on the water. The dock area has tons of room to relax and kick back by the water and tie up your boat. House is equipped with an upper and lower living room to enjoy the view from every direction. Full kitchen equipped with all of the necessary appliances and equipment. Upper level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a fully renovated full bath. Lower level has a bedroom with queen bed and bunkbeds, living room, and full bath with laundry. This home is nestled in quaint Port Bay with panoramic water views. Relax and unwind at this tranquil getaway. Over a half acre situated on the water. Direct access to water leading to Port Bay which can access Lake Ontario. Two sit on kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboat for guests to enjoy. 15 minutes to Fairhaven Beach, 20 minutes to Chimney Bluffs, 30 minutes to Sodus Point Beach, 40 minutes to Cayuga Lake State Park and then the surrounding Finger Lakes. An hour to Rochester or Syracuse. Wineries and breweries within 20 minutes. Golf course 5 minutes away.
