Goat Shanty

This was an outbuilding that was renovated into a small guest house. The property is next to our main residence and serves as extra space for our small farm animals. The listing has a loft area for extra sleeping. This space was design for the Airbnb community as we had a great experience with our other listing. The Main house on the property is home to year-round renter and the tenants will not be able to provide any help. All contact shall be made via the airbnb site for any assistance.

Property was meticulously restored with historic character and charm. Suite is located on first level with private entrance which includes a living space, bathroom and bedroom. Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

Where you can enjoy the local restaurants ,shops and science learning or jump on the ferry to Marta’s Vineyard.
