Perfect for couples, families, or small groups, the cabin offers the ideal setting for relaxation and adventure, whether you're exploring the lake, trails, or simply unwinding by the fire.

Big Buck Cabin

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene camp located on the shore of Moosehead Lake. Enjoy the expansive open concept of a traditional North Maine Woods Cabin that provides all the amenities of home. The property offers ample lawn space that stretches' from the cabin to the 225+ feet of private shorefront. ITS Snowmobile trails can be accessed right from the camp. There’s ample parking for vehicles and trailers. Camp firewood, life jackets and paddles are provided.

Moosehead Lake, Snowmobile Trails, Hot Tub

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Misty Morning Cottages #6 on Moosehead Lake

NEW in 2025! WIFI is now available in ALL 6 of our cottages AND Roku TVs with Hulu + Live TV, Disney + and ESPN +. Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more!

Cottage 1: Lake View

Cottage 1 is a two bedroom, one bath cottage that has a queen size bed in the primary bedroom and a twin over full size bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed in the secondary bedroom. This cottage is perfect for a group of 4. Comes with complementary coffee and sundries. Please refer to the aerial view of the cottages, to see associated cottage numbers. Dogs will not be allowed in this cottage.

Peaceful Moose River Camp

This is where you come to get away from it all. Serene camp in a sweet spot on the Moose River. The recently renovated camp is bright and cozy. Sit back and watch the river flow. Gorgeous views of the rapids upstream and Mt. Kineo downstream. Tube down the river, kayak or stand up paddle board from the nearby small boat/canoe input. Tubes, paddle board and kayaks provided.

Cottage on the Kennebec

Beautiful Riverside cottage, private, remote, semi-secluded. Located on the Kennebec river. A roomy one room cottage with enclosed porch with a view of the river and the Appalachian Trail crossing. Surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream. If you're into the outdoors this is the place for you. Hiking, biking, fishing, rafting right outside your door.
