Over the last 14 years a careful restoration of the property has taken place to bring us to where we are today, modern luxury and medieval charm. The townhouse is set over 4 floors. At the south end of the house is the balcony, which gives an unbroken 180o panorama of the Marchese countryside, the Adriatic sea to the east and the Sibillini mountains to the west.
