Molunat is a small tourist and fishing village, situated 30 km from Cavtat and 40 km from Dubrovnik, known for it's peaceful beauty of the untouched nature, sandy beaches. The house is located in a very calm and quiet part of a small town. House is simply furnished and provides everything you might need for an amazing vacation. You will have an access to free WiFi and in front of the house is a parking area. The soul of the house is a terrace with a breathtaking view of Molunat bay and islands.

Modern seafront villa with private pool and outside hot tub accomodating up to 8 people . Sea view is what makes this villa a very special place to stay. Villa has outdoor kitchen with BBQ and place to eat which makes family moments unforgettable. Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with sofa bed. In one of the bedrooms we have an extra sofa bed. Villa is airconditioned. Car is essential as public transport is not frequent in this small village.
