There are four rooms at the lodge. Two on the south side, two on the north. Each has it's own entrance from the outside, own bathroom, microwave, and mini fridge. Common areas are living room, dining room, and kitchen. Most use outdoor grills and eat at multiple outdoor locations. Property has a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, wild life, and two 18 hole disc golf courses.

Two bedroom, queen in master, queen in 2nd bedroom, and couch in living room with a full. Like your house, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, washer and dryer. 145 acres and a mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the main house doesn't fit your needs.
