Chic & Modernized Apartment near Trendy Sugar House Area

Be impressed by a private basement apartment that fills with natural light. White walls and trim, along with ceilings of good height add to a sense of brightness. Upgrades have produced a full size kitchen and a comfy living room for spending evenings in. Pets are welcome at the following rates: 1 pet, 1-5 days, flat rate of $50. 2-3 pets or more than 5 days, $50 additional fee. Decor is occasionally updated and may be slightly different from photos. Please enter correct number of guests and include pets and/or children as additional guests. Clean and cozy, you’ll love the details and design of this space. Access all of the apartment. Available for whatever you need- and your experience will be very private The house is close to the Sugar House neighborhood, with tons of shopping and dining options. Coffee shops and a market are within walking distance of the house. It's a 10-minute drive to downtown and half an hour to world-class ski resorts. If you have a car, you can park directly in front. Uber and Lyft are also available, as well as a good public transport system, with a bus stop half a block away This is a separate entrance, completely private basement apartment. There may be occasional noise from upstairs, but nothing that will affect your serenity. Please be conscious & courteous of your upstairs neighbors as well.

This is the place, studio guesthouse with style

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located guesthouse! It's just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and only 30 minutes to most ski resorts. A skier's dream!! Great freeway access, and located in the adorable walkable neighborhood of Highland Park. It has several shops and restaurants only two or three blocks away. Our kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove top, and coffee maker. We do not have an oven. This is the place studio is ready to make you feel right at home in Salt Lake!

Our place is in the Sugarhouse/Brickyard area, great for dining out and shopping. You will be close to I-80 for quick airport, downtown or mountain access. You will love the location with a private entrance. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and private bathroom with shower. The queen bed has a new comfy mattress and there is plenty of space for clothes and ski equipment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
