You will find usb and outlets on the lamps for easy charging. Frequent deer and wildlife in the yard. Plenty of parking for your boat, toy, or work trailers. Whether you're traveling with a large family or as a lone wolf, here to visit the Vernal Temple or for an array of other different activities this is the place for you. Our property borders the gorgeous Vernal Temple, in fact it’s literally in our backyard, which provides a breathtaking view. We're also right next to Main Street, so you'll never be far from the action!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are right next to the Conference Center and directly across the street from the Western Park. We are within walking distance to both of those locations including restaurants, Main Street, the Dinosaur Museum, and just a couple blocks from the Recreation Center. Cozy Cottage was built in 1928 and includes antique accents throughout. Two large bedrooms with walk-in closets. Walk through the small apple orchard and enjoy the deer herd that walks through in the morning and evening. Take a five-minute drive to downtown Vernal with easy access to Buckskin Hills Recreation Area, Steinaker State Park, Red Fleet State Park, McCoy Flats, Flaming Gorge, and Dinosaur National Monument.

Your group will love being within 2 blocks of Western Park, Uintah Conference Center, and the ice rink. Walk another 3 blocks to local breweries and resturants. Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. 42" roku TV in the living room plus a small TV and DVD in bedroom. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.
