About 1 mile to 2nd Street in Belmont Shore, 2 miles to downtown LB and 2.5 miles to the new 2nd & PCH outdoor mall and marina. Public transport, groceries and laundry within a couple blocks of the apartment. The space is very nicely appointed and will have AC as of June 2, 2025!
