On Thrasher Magazine’s Skate and Destroy Tour, walk—or roll—through the architecture, history, and underground scene that made the city a global skateboarding mecca. • Begin at St. Mary’s Square to learn how Modernist architecture in Northern California created the most radical terrain for skateboarders, before exploring iconic spots like Black Rock, China Banks, Portsmouth Square and Embarcadero to hear how sculptures, plazas, and surfaces shaped the sport. • Follow the lines of legends like Tommy Guerrero, Keith Hufnagel, and Mike Carroll, and see firsthand how Financial District plazas became proving grounds for technical innovation in skateboarding. • Conclude at the Ferry Building, steps from the Embarcadero, where modern technical street skating was born. As the sun rises over Napa Valley, the day begins with an adventure that lifts you high above the rolling vineyards and golden hills. This hot-air balloon ride lets you appreciate Napa’s natural beauty from a bird’s-eye view. • Our journey starts at the V Marketplace in Yountville, where you’ll be welcomed with coffee, tea, and fresh pastries before meeting our experienced pilots for a thorough safety briefing. • After taking our bus to the launch site, you’ll witness the hot-air balloon inflation—a spectacle in and of itself. Discover Historic Echo Park with an artist and writer

Take a two-mile walk with me, a writer on Los Angeles, through Echo Park on an art and writing pilgrimage through one of Los Angeles’ most culturally rich neighborhoods. As we walk, I’ll invite you to respond creatively to what you’re experiencing primarily through photography. • At the boathouse, we'll go over the inspiration for the route we’ll take. You’ll receive an photographic map that includes an article on Echo Park I wrote for the Los Angeles Times. • We’ll walk along Echo Park Lake, a scenic spot with views of downtown LA and the surrounding hills. • As we continue into nearby historic districts, I’ll weave together stories from the area’s past. We’ll also explore the contrast between dense housing and hidden green spaces, and the urban jungle as a source of both chaos and peace. • Heading back toward the heart of Echo Park, we’ll stop at murals, galleries, and independent art spaces. We’ll close at Echo Park Lake by sharing what we’ve created during our adventure. We started our small boat chartering business giving harbor cruises around Newport Beach Harbor on our sailboat for people to enjoy life on the water with a very unique view and two captains. 2. Join us for an hour and a half cruise with a coastal ambiance on the bow of our sailboat. We strive to create an unforgettable evening with contagious laughter and panoramic views of the Newport Bay. Perfect for a date night or intimate group gathering of four as it is close proximity. You don’t want to miss out on this sea-worthy experience. Prior to boarding, pose like a seasoned pro for a photo shoot with the airplane. Once you’re on board, the pilot will give you an overview of the instruments and controls. After getting clearance from the tower, you’ll taxi to the runway for takeoff. Once at cruising altitude, you’ll learn basic flying skills in the training area over the Simi Valley. Then, grab hold of the controls and feel free to move about the skies, exploring LA by air. Finally, in preparation for landing, you’ll come back down to earth at Van Nuys Airport. Other things to note IMPORTANT : This experience is currently only offered as a private experience. The guest has to book both spots on the experience and will be allowed to bring an additional guest to sit in the back seat. Only one guest will be in the front seat. Approximate flight time is 40 mins Expect a cancellation if there is bad weather. Only two passengers are allowed per ride to create a guest-focused experience.

You'll meet me early in the morning in Temecula wine country. We will transport you from our meeting site with free parking, restrooms, and access to coffee to our takeoff site. We complete a preflight safety briefing while our staff sets up the balloon equipment. Once standing, we'll open our basket doors and you'll board our hot air balloon. My staff will take pictures and then we will lift off for our flight. We will fly over Temecula's gorgeous estates, vineyards, resorts, and orchards. We will see an abundance of wildlife surrounded by local lakes and mountains with distant ocean views. Our pilot will provide an entertaining and educational tour of the Temecula Valley, winemaking, and hot air ballooning. When we land, we'll provide you with champagne, juice, or mimosa toast along with individually wrapped breakfast items to enjoy. After we transport you back to our meeting site, we'll send you on your way with a commemorative flight certificate and two for one wine tasting vouchers to six local Temecula wineries. Cheers! On our electric fat-bikes, we wind our way along the rugged coastline and through thick cypress groves, stopping at all the amazing viewpoints. We'll share about our area's unique ocean wildlife and iconic landmarks...the Lone Cypress, Point Pinos Lighthouse, Lover's Point, Asilomar Beach, 17-Mile Drive. We cruise at a comfortable 15-20 mph. In the open air you'll smell the ocean & hear the waves. And as we explore this most scenic stretch of ocean from Cannery Row to Ghost Tree, look for deer, seals, otters, sea lions, and whales! Our tours are great for anyone comfortable riding a bike. Though you have to be over 14 years and 4'10" to ride solo, we can accommodate younger children as passengers with a parent on our e-Tandem bikes for $59 each. Or for younger children we have cargo e-bikes with back seats they can ride on for $29 each. If you are traveling with children, please call to discuss the exact nature of our ride to make sure everyone is comfortable and safe. If joining a tour with others, single riders will be regular price. If no one else joins your requested time, you can pay $30 extra for a solo tour or choose a different time or cancel.
