The "Dell" sits at the entrance to Double Z Land & Livestock, a working farm owned and operated by The Abbruzzese family. Rolling hills, open fields, and grazing farm animals grace this 75-acre farm. If you want a glimpse of country life, seek to switch up your work-from-home routine, or just want to get away, come take up residence on the farm. If it's lambing season, you might even see some babies ;)

The Hammock Haven Island Dome looks at sunsets on Annabessacook Lake. Sleep comfortably, cook your favorite meals, hammock nap on a dock in the water, bask in the glow of the fire or wood stove, hear the calls of the loons, play on the rope swing, canoe, kayak, or paddle board the lake, explore the trails of this 14 acre wooded island, and then repeat as needed. On-site dock access to Androscoggin Lake as well as access to our nearby community beach.

One mile from Route 26! Charming apartment with private locked entrance and separate driveway attached to historic 1880s farmhouse in the foothills of Western Maine. Clean and cozy, it has one bedroom with a queen bed and two sofa sleepers which make it a great spot for a couple or a family of four. We're only fifteen minutes to Mt. Abram and 30 minutes to Sunday River. There's easy-access to snowmobile trails and Moose Pond right across the road. Oxford Casino is 30 minutes south.
