Our house is a semidetached house in a condominium of 17 buildings, called Lagoon Ocean Resort . This is no typical resort with a reception, guest entertainment and so on. It is a quiet retreat, with access only for residents and guests. You find a parking for your car and a swimming pool with shower, deckchairs and a typical palapa that offers shade. This is all in a well-maintained compound with blossoming plants. Nearby are the sandy beach and two retaurants /bars with affordable prices.

Take in a beautiful sunset, snorkel with a sea turtle or dive directly from our beach. Our condo sits 20 feet above sea level, located 15 feet from the waters edge. Equipped with free WiFi, Netflix and all the comforts you'll need. Recently enlarged first floor porch provides an incredible view. On the second floor porch, a shade sail allows for a spectacular view of the ocean and beach while providing a combination of sun or shade.

Deze prachtige moderne gloednieuwe zonnig gekleurde villa gelegen te Cas abao, welke is opgeleverd in oktober 2023, is voorzien van twee ruime slaapkamers op de begane grond met elk aparte badkamer en twee appartementen onder de begane grond met ook elk een aparte badkamer. Totaal zijn er acht slaapplaatsen met vier badkamers aanwezig.
