Your pets can come with you. It has a tall fenced in yard and a covered porch to sit and enjoy watching the horses as you rest and have a hot cup of beverage. 2 TV’s. The loft space is for storage only and can not accommodate additional guests or children. Each apartment has a queen bed with maximum occupancy for 2. No pets or animals please.

The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!

The North 40

Easy interstate and highway access without having to stay in town! The North 40 is within walking distance of a park and playground. This three bed, two bath home is family friendly. Phenomenal sunset views to the West. Restaurants, gas stations, and amenities are only 15 minutes away in either direction. If you don’t want to have to share quality family time in a hotel room, the North 40 is the place for you!

Escape the pressures of life and get away to this Cozy Cabin. We are 1 mile from Homestead Regional Park. This park has 450 acres, including a playground, fishing pond, hiking trails, and a place to ride your horses. The cabin is 45 minutes east of downtown Colorado Springs, Air Force Academy, and Garden of the Gods.
