A curated tour of Greenpoint's hidden gems with a local

Embark on a hidden gem tour through Greenpoint, an underrated neighborhood in NYC that is away from the usual touristy sites. As a local, I'll take you to my favorite neighborhood hangouts, where cozy cafés, cool bars, art galleries, and delicious food await. We’ll kick things off with a cup of coffee at a charming café that also has a record store and the occasional live DJ. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a coffee and discover some local music treasures. Next, we’ll dive into the creative heartbeat of the area. We will explore a local art gallery that showcases art from famous artists around the world, wander through curated boutiques where you will have the opportunity to shop for unique items, and get an overall feel for the neighborhood. Then, it's time to dig into some delicious shared bites at one of my favorite neighborhood eateries, where you’ll get a taste of the local food scene that blends flavors and influences from around the world. We’ll wrap up the day with a toast at a cozy, tucked-away bar, loved by locals. With a relaxed vibe and creative cocktails, it’s the perfect spot to end our adventure. (Broadway show & Photo shoot included) You will see many of Manhattan & Brooklyn’s treasured gems! Along with an awesome Broadway Show! You Don’t want to waste vacation time getting lost. You can easily get to destinations such as the Empire State & Central Park. BUT there are more beautiful landmarks & shows that you need to find to check off your bucket list! Our guide will start from the Hudson Yards, with The Vessel & The Shed, - 2 interactive art works. We’ll continue on an elevated narrow path of the High Line (once a rail line) guiding you through the West Side of Manhattan with beautiful elevated views of NYC. We will have lunch in delicious Chelsea Market! Then we’ll take the train up to the famous Times Square where we will see a Broadway Show & take more photos! Lastly we’ll take the train to beautiful Dumbo, Brooklyn Bridge where we will be on a rooftop with gorgeous views.

*GROUP DISCOUNTS FOR 2+ PEOPLE* Learn the basics of stained glass copper foil technique and go home with your own stained glass suncatcher you made yourself! The workshop includes instruction on how to design and structure your piece, create a pattern + template, cut glass, use a diamond grinder, apply and burnish copper foil, and assemble and solder the pieces together. Great for couples, groups and team-building! Copper foil is a great intro to the art of stained glass, but it is time consuming. You may choose from existing templates in the studio (we highly recommend this!) or create your own design - I will help modify it based on skill level and timing. Designs should be hand-sized and no more than 11 individual pieces; contact me for template examples. A very simple suncatcher takes many hours to create, so please be sure to follow our design guidelines and limitations and know this going in. Proper safety precautions will be taught in each step and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided along w/ all materials. Masks are not required, but are highly recommended for the soldering step to block the fumes. This is a 2nd-floor studio so you will be need to be able to climb a flight of stairs. If you are booking in a colder season, make sure you wear layers (though the barn is heated). There is no food allowed for safety reasons unless kept and ate outside.

Sunny Photoshoot in Central Park with a Fashion Photographer

*Please note: we can alternatively shoot at any location of your choice* For this unique experience we will visit the beautiful and world renowned Central Park in New York City! My goal is to get you high quality photos that will make your friends wish they were you! Our shoot will begin with a few street style photos outside of the parks entrance in Columbus Circle. We will then enter the park and stroll past the Central Park Carousel, through Sheep Meadow to the Cherry Hill Fountain while taking romantic and beautiful photos with the scenery. We will then take photos along Central Park Lake, discovering hidden nooks along the lake's edge, pose under Bethesda Terrace and w'ell end at the lovely Central Park boat house. We will take many beautiful photographs! Rest easy, as my background in the modeling advertising and fashion industry make it so that my clients always appreciate my directions in front of the camera. As an avid traveler who's also traveled the world, I enjoy meeting new people from other countries. Once we become acquainted, you will become my model for an hour. We will walk and shoot until we get photos that you are fully satisfied with!
