Recently redecorated in 2024, our spacious ground floor apartment, nestled within a converted 18th Century chapel, offers a quiet retreat at the heart of the Cotswolds. Discover nearby attractions like Soho Farmhouse, Diddle Squat Farm & Daylesford Organic, or immerse yourself in the quaint ambiance of Chipping Norton, a short walk away. With two bedrooms and a large sofabed in the living room, there's plenty of room for everyone to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with lovely rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic tourist sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

We are also close to Daylesford Farmshop and Soho Farmhouse and are surrounded by rolling countryside for lovely longs walks. There are plenty of great pubs and restaurants to visit. This is a pet friendly, two king bedroom cottage which comfortably sleeps 4.

The Loft at Lower Farm

The Loft is part of a large complex of traditional Cotswold stone barns, built as a model farm over 200 years ago. It is situated above our stable yard in the centre of a working farm. On one side from the window you’ll probably see horses coming in for breakfast, the other side has views over the riding arena and farmland. Not suitable for infants and children under 12.
