The very private deck overlooks "Chandler Meadow" and 11,000 acres of conserved land and water, with stunning views from the sunken tub and outdoor shower. We're just minutes away from Pat's Peak Ski Area and the Contoocook river for white water kayaking. And don't forget to spend some time at Weirs Beach!

On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door. You will find the treehouse sits up in between 2 beautiful northern hemlocks and is fully equipped inside.

Nestled within the woods of Stoddard, NH, Rocky Ledge is a peaceful year-round family retreat. Our cozy log cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a lower-level den perfect for family time. Enjoy outdoor dining on the large 3-sided deck, and cap off your days with s'mores sessions at the fire pit! Boating, hiking, swimming, and skiing are minutes away. Or, get cozy indoors and enjoy movies, puzzles, and games. Rocky Ledge is pet-friendly! We welcome up to two dogs with a flat $50 pet fee.

This magical place has been our home away from home for twenty years and we are excited to share it with you. We hope you'll experience the same time-out-of-time feeling we get when sitting out on the deck in the early morning or looking up on a moonless night as the Milky Way snakes its way across the dark sky. The house sits on seven mostly wooded acres that abut a scenic beaver pond. The property is located on a quiet unpaved road in rural New Hampshire.
