You’re invited to join me, the owner of wine cellar/bookstore Rerenga Wines, in a special wine tasting aiming to unite Parisian tradition with radical, inclusive perspectives. • Seated around a table in the center of the shop, surrounded by eye-catching wine labels and book titles, you’ll be greeted with a glass of bubbly while we chat about natural wine. • With our second glass of wine, paired with select cheeses from our friends at Ratafia (a cheesemonger and wine bar in the 12th arrondissement), we’ll dive into its history. Natural wine might feel like the hottest culinary trend, but where did it come from? • Along with some natural wine vocab, we’ll give you the scoop on the contemporary natural wine scene in Paris. You’ll learn about the legendary wine stores and restaurants in Paris that paved the way for natural wine’s rise across the globe. • As we enjoy our third wine, I’ll share tips for talking to a sommelier so you can make the most of the spirit of discovery in this city. By our last glass of wine, we’ll hopefully know each other well enough to talk about love and revolution. We’ll explore what we’re supporting when we drink natural wine and hopefully plant the seeds for friendships that last long beyond these walls.

Whether you're a teetotaler, a solo traveler, part of a couple, enjoying a family outing, or celebrating a bachelor/bachelorette party, our Speakeasy Tour welcomes all with open arms. Since this day, many pastry chefs had and continue to have fun with this recipe, like Pierre Hermé or Cédric Grolet. Today, you can come and learn how to bake your 2020 version macarons ! During this interactive cooking lesson, you will be hands-on in the kitchen. Equipped with an apron and all the utensils you need, you will learn how to make your own macarons step by step, also picking the flavour of your choice ! You will be in control of your creations from start to finish, from the moment you lay eyes on the recipe for the first time to the moment you take your creation out of the oven. I will be at your side to guide you and to teach you, with full explanations, the techniques you need to guarantee your baking will be a success! At the end of your experience, we can taste what you have baked and chat about your trip to Paris and I’ll also be happy to give you my culinary advice, recommendations and opinions. Other things to note Maison Fleuret will do its best and make sure you have a great time during your experience. It’s a unique event that combines exploration, social interaction, and relaxation, offering participants the chance to visit local landmarks, enjoy drinks at three carefully chosen bars, and indulge in a variety of finger foods, all while building connections and enjoying a laid-back atmosphere. After everyone is settled, the group will begin their leisurely walk through the city. The walking route will take participants through a mix of landmarks as well as hidden gems, providing a full spectrum of the city’s character and charm. The host will act as a guide, providing interesting facts, and historical insights about the sites being visited.The stroll provides more than just a physical break between bar stops—it offers a chance for people to connect over shared experiences, discuss the local culture, and explore parts of the city they might not have discovered otherwise. We will visit 3 bars with different concepts behind them.Participants can choose from a variety of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic.For food lovers some light food will be available too,not included. It’s a night of socializing, learning, and connecting, and it’s an experience that promises to create lasting memories.
