Come and feel at home in this comfy and quiet unit that is nestled beside a peaceful pond where you’ll enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening! With a spacious open living area you can kick back and watch your favorite movies or shows on the 80 inch smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or you may enjoy trying out the restaurants nearby. We are a short drive away from the pristine beaches of Topsail Island, halfway between Wilmington and Jacksonville.

After a long day soaking up the sun, rinse off using the full outdoor bathroom then cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Or use the large outdoor prep area and fire up the gas grill to make your favorite BBQ meal.

It sits on a large, 1 acre private lot, surrounded by trees. Nearby is a small family farm, and if you’re lucky, maybe you’ll hear the sounds of turkeys, chickens, ducks, cows, goats, and pigs. And of course roosters crowing to welcome the morning sun.
