Easy access to the beach, paddle board rentals on the weekend right outside your door, walking to Dane Beach, a quick walk to Cabot Street and the cafe's and restaurants nearby. A well equipped wet-bar with fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and tea set ups, and a newly renovated bathroom with heated floors and double shower complete the space. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

This 3rd floor suite is the entire top floor of a Historic home. Jack and Jill bathroom. Everything in this suite is new, clean, tidy and modern. There is plenty of natural light and privacy blinds. There is Wifi and HD Cable with Netflix, Prime and other platforms. There is also a kitchenette in the unit with sink, small refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker. The house sits on a third acre of land and is fenced in from the road. We are a ten minute walk to the beach and shopping area, and the train station is located only two blocks away.
