Two story fully furnished cottage overlooking Crystal Lake with exterior decks, beach and gazebo access. One entry level bedroom with kitchen, dining, living room. Two downstairs lower level bedrooms each with full baths and queen size beds. One of the lower level bedrooms also has an separate exterior entrance. Four kayaks and one canoe available for use. Fire pit with chairs for evening gatherings. Ample separate parking. Rental fee based on # of occupants. Please include all guests.

Teeny Tiny Cottage on Lake Eden Water Front

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2), kayaks, (1) two man canoe, dock spaces for rent for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

Welcome to Le Jonc de mer! Peaceful condo located at Club Azur in Magog. Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, accessible directly by a private path. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people. With its ideal location, our condo is only a few minutes away from Lake Memphremagog, downtown Magog and Mount Orford for the greatest pleasure of outdoor enthusiasts.
