Beautiful second floor one bedroom apartment in an 1886 Bank Building which is in the National Register of Historic places. This unique apartment is close to everything, Center Theater, The Mill Cafe, Edward's Shop n Save, a modern clean laundrymat all within walking distance making it easy to just park your car explore downtown Dover-Foxcroft.There is a full kitchen but if you don't want to cook there is a restaurant/bar literally next door. Bakery and Mexican restaurant less than a mile away.

Rustic Country Apartment on The Moosehead Trail.

We recently acquired the house we live in which has an efficiency apartment in the back. It is cozy and private. The house is old and unique. It was previously a long term rental. We wanted to provide a restful space in the heart of Maine Highlands, the crossroads of Central Maine. We enjoy the scenic area with beautiful lakes rivers, multiuse trail systems and trail head of the 100 mile wilderness of the Appalachian Trail, Moosehead lake, Maine's largest lake, and State Parks.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a hike down one of the trails out back, or swim in the cool clear water of the spring fed pond off the back porch. Cozy up during a storm by the fire with a good book, or wet a line on a clear morning off the back steps and catch supper! It’s all in one comfy cabin property to get away from it all. Only a few miles to Dover-Foxcroft, or Sebec Lake. Far enough away to get away, but close enough to the amenities and sights.
