Romantic Lake Dillon Condominium with Bike Trail Access

One bedroom condo set up for a single individual or couple. High end furnishings inside and out including pottery barn outdoor wicker sectional perfect for viewing the lake and mountain range or reading a book. Kitchen is well equipped with general appliances plus coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, crock pot and utensils all provided. Indoor hot tub and pool table located on ground floor. Washer and dryer (need quarters) also on premises. My wife Carla and I are available by phone or email to answer your questions. Gorgeous Views! Lakefront One Bedroom. Hip Decor.

This one-bedroom unit has been recently remodeled in a hip, lake house-inspired style. It has absolutely amazing views across Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile Range. Watch the sunset from the balcony. Walk to the marina to rent a boat or paddleboard. Hop on your bike and hit the path that goes past your front door. Go down to the water's edge and throw out a line to catch your fish dinner. Cool design touches include wood floors throughout, rock sink, mountain-modern furniture, and vintage photos.

2025 Dates Still Available!

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Please see our 5 star reviews for the comments of everyone we've hosted over the past 8 years!

Immaculately kept and charmingly furnished with cozy mountain decor, and views across Lake Dillon with the snow-capped peaks of the 13,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. The deck boasts front row seats for inspiring sunrises, and striking sunsets-5 major ski resorts within 30 minutes and outdoor activities. The Dillon Amphitheatre (2 min. walk), marina, shops, and eateries are a short walk away. Booking guest MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD. PLEASE NO SMOKING AND/OR PETS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE.

Adventure Awaits! Lake & Mtn View Getaway 2bd 2bth

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath "mountain escape" condo has panoramic glass patio doors with an unobstructed view looking out over Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. You can even see Dillon Marina from the patio, with sailboats docked all summer long. With a recently remodeled kitchen, cozy couches near our gas fireplace, table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3. You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage.
