We have a brand new pool built in 2020. 400 MBPS WIFI to stay fully connected. Coastal bike path for refreshing jogging, bike riding, or walking. Amazing restaurants are a short drive away. Bike or walk to beach, shops, restaurants, ice cream, go-karts. Enter the 41-Acre EI Woods Park from our street & play frisbee golf. Jump on the Emerald Path that extends 11 miles from Indian Beach to The Point at Bogue Inlet. Spacious 600 sq ft w/ its own entrance, ac unit, mini fridge/freeze & microwave.

One block from the sound and 2 blocks from a private parking gated beach access. All the amenities included are all linens, soap,shampoos, off street parking and walk/bike to local shops and restaurants. Spacious outdoor shower. Bicycles available upon request. Sleeps 5 comfortably and the kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs. There is a patio with a gas grill and large picnic table. Trash on site. 2 beach chairs and 5 beach towels for use.

Waterfront cottage with Jon Boat, Kayaks, Fishing

This cozy cottage is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!
