Guesthouse Farm Stay

Come stay with us on our historic working farm! Relax on the back deck and enjoy views of our 12-acre property and peaceful pastures. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Peaceful Riverfront Cottage w/Dock, Walk to Beach

This lovely Cottage sits directly on the Patchogue River with scenic views of the river and marshlands from every room and just a 1/4 mile walk or bike to the Beach. Private, but close to so much, it’s Perfect for a Romantic Getaway, or a long Vacation. Outside, you can enjoy the breeze from the Riverfront Deck, Sun Bathe, Crab or Fish on the Lower Dock, watch the Eagles fly by, or wander about the wooded property. Bring or rent a Kayak and paddle down the river right to the Long Island Sound.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Fire pit, heated outhouse with composting toilet, outdoor dining area, brook, pond and trail head are just steps away. We also have a TREE HOUSE and HIKER’S HAVEN house by the brook. Beautiful New England period home steps from the beach on the Long Island Sound. Recently renovated from top to bottom with new kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout. Idyllic location on quaint & quiet street. Hide away and relax or discover the many local attractions - water sports, fishing, winery, antique stores, scenic walks, premium outlet shopping are all on your doorstep. Ideally located off the I-95 halfway between NYC & Boston, both of which are a train ride away.

Pet Friendly One Bedroom House

Great pet friendly house located close to the water, downtown, beaches, train service and I-95. Off street parking, laundry facilities, great fully fenced in back yard. Large, one bedroom and one bath with a pull out queen size sleeper couch in the main room. Wi-Fi, Roku TV, boards games, and DVDs available. Property is located close to restaurants and many outdoor activities including the town beach and docks. There is a pass available to bring a car to the Clinton town beach.

With a private bathroom and all the essentials for a comfortable stay, you’ll enjoy a relaxing experience in a quiet neighborhood, near dining and shops.

It's cozy and warm, close to downtown with lots of great neighborhood walking. Enjoy the beauty of quintessential New England towns while having access to local shops and world class Outlet Malls. The cottage is sunny, with lots of windows and sky lights, and even a cozy upstairs loft with a reading space. Bedrooms furnished with allergy free bedding, all free trade, organic sheets. Perfect for a getaway! Two parking spaces and washer/dryer included.

Guest House at the Marina

Traveling nurses, academic rentals happily considered! A beautiful, modern one bedroom apartment on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the Indian River and tidal marsh. It is 600 sq feet, completely renovated, with a queen size bed, a well-appointed kitchen & bathroom. Walking distance to the Clinton train station. Stays in-season include use of 2 kayaks or SUPs per day (2 hours) provided by Indian River Kayak from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Would also make for a lovely place to call home while you are selling or renovating your own home. Couples, two good friends, singles, or a family with an older child will enjoy the configuration. It will also make for a lovely getaway for a couple with a newborn.

Our 1915 Arts & Crafts bungalow's spacious in-law suite offers driveway parking, private entrance, sunroom, king bedroom, en-suite bath, kitchenette w/fridge, micro, coffee maker, toaster. Relax in bed with 40" HDTV with Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Netflix, premium cable. Enjoy private gardens to sun, read a book or cup of coffee. Short drive to 4 Vineyards, Theater and the train station. I am not responsible for wifi.

Our private loft is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and all brand new furniture and appliances. The kitchen and bathroom were thoughtfully designed and sourced from our design showroom right downstairs!
