Welcome to our home! This English basement unit has its own separate entrance with keyless code entry. We offer free private parking in the back of our home and patio access, which you will share with the host. Our home is located in the border of Edgewood/Brookland DC and close to many restaurants, shops, parks, breweries, and our personal favorite, the metropolitan branch trail. We are a 10-min walk to the red-line metro, and a 15-min bike or drive to the national mall (US Capitol/museums).

Remedy Cottage

Welcome to Remedy Cottage, a place that holds deep sentimental significance for our family. It is a split foyer, two levels with steps leading in each direction from the foyer. It was built in 1978, every inch was renovated in 2022, featuring a brand new kitchen appliances. The interior boasts a modern farmhouse and minimalist design. This location is ideal for visitors to the nation's capital, the NSA, Andrews Air Force Base, and a short driving distance to three major airports in the area.

Ideal for any family who visits Washington DC or UMD or National Archive. NARA and UMD is located nearby. It is located in a safe and beautiful College Park neighborhood. It has one bed room with a queen size bed and extra bed in the living room area. We have a private bathroom. We have a Cable TV. Added new aircon and heater and water fountain and bike.

Welcome to serenity. This adorable hideaway studio is convenient to 495 and a 6 minute drive from downtown Silver Spring. Located in a quiet, owner occupied single-family home in a tree lined neighborhood, it is beautiful and has lots of peaceful outdoor serenity spaces. The studio unit has its own entrance and full bathroom. Touring DC? Ride 6 or 7 minutes from our location to the Silver Spring Metro station where you can park your car and hop on the subway to get right downtown!

Our spacious and surprisingly bright Bethesda half-basement is nestled in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from Walter Reed, NIH, and the metro. Large windows offer a view onto a patio bordered with hydrangeas and evergreens; the bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a Samsung smart TV, and a desk. The Kohler shower head in the bathroom offers firm pressure and the mini-fridge and microwave are on hand for snacks. Please note: There is no kitchen and no washer/dryer.
