Lakeview Guesthouse with Sauna

Art and light filled spacious studio with panoramic views overlooking lake Mahopac perched on a steep hill. A short 5 min walk down the hill to swimming/paddleboarding/canoeing. Walkable to an on-the-lake restaurant/ dining/ takeout options + boba tea! Drivable to farm fresh food markets, restaurants and art museums. Cedar dry Sauna on property for use. Nearby towns and hikes include Fahenstock Park, Pound Ridge, Cold Spring, Beacon, Ridgefield, or walk up the hill to trails of Volz park!

Fully Renovated Rural Barn

Newly renovated barn on a quiet rural road yet close to all the attractions of Southern Litchfield County. The light-filled barn has two large patio doors into a substantial living and entertaining area with a large sectional sofa-bed, a dining table for 10 and adjacent kitchen area with an island. There is a downstairs washroom. A large light-filled upstairs sleeping area has a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside is a patio dining area and parking in a dedicated driveway.

Sherwood Barn - close to ski mountain

Our guests stay on the SECOND floor of the barn in a 1200 Sq Ft, fully reno'd apt that sleeps 6. Located about 1 hour from NYC you will find peace and serenity in the middle of nature on this 4 acre estate (that also contains our main home) where you can get away from it all. unwind this way or visit local attractions like Thunder Ridge Ski Mountain, snowshoe/ X Country skiing, hike/bike/running trails, restaurants and local cafe's. Great oasis to kick back and spend time with family.

The Farmhouse

Enjoy staying at our charming Farmhouse in the heart of our working dairy farm. Our farm sits on some of the most beautiful hills in Cornwall with the famous Gateway to Cornwall view where you can see our dairy cows grazing in the grandeur of nature. Come say hello to the cows in the barn during milking or watch the herd cross the road evoking sites you might expect to see in small European farming villages. You'll likely see us on our tractors bringing hay and water to our cows!

OWL's PERCH Candlewood Lakefront Rustic Cottage!

If William Morris and the Brothers Grimm had a love-child cottage, it would be the Owl's Perch. This stylish vintage "fisherman's" cottage perched atop 100' of whaleback granite ledge overlooking Candlewood Lake has a feeling all its own. Cozy and unique, reminiscent of a bygone era of escape-from-the-city summer rustication, this is a perfect snug for a romantic couple or solo-"Thoreau". Descend the stone steps: in 200 paces discover a parklike setting of private lakefront!

The Upstate A is a 3 bedroom + sleeping loft, 2.5 bathroom A-frame set on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Built in 1968, it was fully renovated in 2020-2021. Staying here you’ll experience a cozy yet modern vibe, immersed in nature but with all the accoutrements of an upscale stay. Creek Side Cabin w/ Wood Fired Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Our Little Creek Cabin is a place to pause. The cabin is located next to a rushing creek, where you can soak in a wood fired hot tub while listening to the sounds of the water. We are minutes from Candlewood Lake & Squantz Pond, where you take take our kayaks out. There are many wineries, breweries, towns to explore, antique shops, ski mountains, and beautiful hiking trails. Here you can simply open the windows to listen to natures sound machine!
