Warner’s Camp is a recently renovated, 1800's guesthouse. The house is located in the Adirondacks High Peaks area, directly adjacent to a freshwater river and swimming hole. Located on Lake Champlain, this cottage has spectacular lake and sunset views. Perfect for relaxing, reading a good book, fishing, water sports, golfing, and also to use as a home base for fun day trips. Enjoy the sunroom which overlooks the beautiful lake, the Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park, the Alburgh Golf Links and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a $85 per dog per trip fee, maximum of 2 dogs.

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.

It sits back from the road with a private parking area and large outdoor space for your enjoyment. Featuring incredible views of Lake Champlain from dawn to dusk, the Cottage makes a great base to explore Burlington and it's surrounding areas. It is a non-smoking / no pets property.
