Enjoy the use of 3 paddle boards & a kayak off of the private dock or head to the nearby beach access with the provided necessities and then come back to enjoy spectacular sunset views from the private deck & hot tub.

Peaceful retreat, attached to a family home and nestled in live oaks on a one-acre lot, perfect for your OBX getaway! Easy self-check in, separate entrance, separate HVAC system, California King bed, a private deck and private covered porch. The guest suite includes a bedroom, bathroom, and screened-in breezeway with mini fridge and microwave. Guests are provided with two beach bikes and parking pass to our private community beach access, a leisurely 10 minute walk away.

Pool is located just off suite along with a outside shower. Parking is available for one vehicle. Owners live on premiss and we want to make your stay with us as enjoyable. We have bikes and outdoor grill. We have several churches near by and restaurants and beach within 10 min walk.

It has a private entrance, full bathroom, ample closet space and is furnished with a queen sized bed (new Nectar mattress), and a loveseat with full sized pullout. Kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and Keurig coffee maker and basic kitchenware.
