Spotted Dance Ranch is a small guest ranch and horse breeding facility that has been hosting guests since 2014. Come stay in our cozy Cowboy Cottage located on the beautiful ranch grounds, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the ranch located adjacent to the Croom Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest! Bring your horse if you have one; otherwise, many other outdoor activities and attractions are available nearby, or just relax! We are conveniently located outside Brooksville, FL near I-75.

Welcome to my little cottage in the city. The house was built in 1926 but has been fully remodeled with modern style, while keeping the charm of an older home. Even though it's close to everything Tampa has to offer, it still has the feeling of that little, quiet neighborhood near the river. This is my get away home. I love the front porch to sit on with a cold beverage and watch neighbors stroll by walking their dogs. The river park is very close by which is a nice walk from the cottage.

Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and blender. Outdoor sitting area with a charcoal grill and a fire pit. Bring boat or kayaks. Park your boat on the property.

Enjoy a no-see-um screened lanai, a comfy king bed, Smart TVs in every room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Paddle with manatees in our clear kayak, float on the lily pad mat, or unwind by the fire pit. With games inside and out, a hammock, and direct water access, it's the perfect escape—just off the main river, between the State Park and Roger’s Park.

This beautiful little cottage has it all. It is smart home equipped, new appliances and more. Have a cup of coffee on the back porch and enjoy the beautiful landscape while you listed to the birds singing their early morning songs. Have guests over, pull out the couch for 2 more. All rooms are furnished with the nicest linens and mattresses for your comfort. Also, all rooms have 50" or larger smart TV's with the ability to stream your favorite shows and movies.
