Enjoy your night on the road! This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

The space is quaint and perfect for groups of 1-4, in a historic neighborhood, and incredible for quaint getaway. Please be aware that the other side of the home is also rented for guests, so while the spaces are completely separate, you may hear noise from other bookings. You’ll love our place because of the location, situated beside the Little Miami River, a state and national scenic river and Glen Helen nature preserve. Our place includes the use of two kayaks, a canoe, fire pit and grill. We also supply everything you need for these fun activities.
