The Blue Pearl - 6 mins to WEC

This charming house is nestled in the heart of Wilmington, just a 5 minute walk from local favourites such as Fiesta Veracruz and General Denver, and a 6 minute drive from the World Equestrian Center. The 'Blue Pearl' boasts four luxurious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living rooms, a TV room with a large sectional and a 75" flat screen, as well as a home gym / recovery room.
