Woods Hole Cottage close to Beach and Village

Kitchen, living room, 3/4 bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, outdoor shower for after the beach. 1 bedroom with queen bed, 2 twin air mattresses available for children. Home is best suited for a max of 2 adults and 2 children under 12. Short stroll to Nobska Beach, with Nobska Lighthouse on the point. Close to village of Woods Hole, restaurants, shops, Ferry to Vineyard, library, Museum, and more. Lovely private space on the same property as the main house, parking, use of lovely back yard.

Loft Guest Suite in Modern Barn House

A beautiful guest suite on Martha’s Vineyard with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of the back wing of our newly renovated modern barn house. Surrounded by trees, beside a large meadow, this large 400 square foot suite has vaulted wood ceilings and skylights. Enjoy the outdoor shower and new outdoor sitting area. The location is centrally located, just off historic Music St, a short walk to a small town center which provides amenities. Ask about our other guest suite if you are with others.

Mill Pond Cottage

This sunny, airy cottage is a five-minute walk to the Village and 2 minutes to the beach. The entry hall leads to a vaulted open-plan living space with fireplace and kitchen/dining area opening to a peaceful (church bells and birdsong) deck overlooking the Mill Pond. Single-floor plan includes three bedrooms and full bath off the entry hall (two with queen beds and one single) and a sofabed in the living area. An unfinished basement includes a washer/dryer and newly renovated bath with shower.

“Cozy Cottage” on Great Bay

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.” Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach.We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
