This is a compact &cosy 26m2 Apartment. It is perfect for 1/2 people. There is a sleeping area & a seperated cooking zone with a writing desk in one room. Next to the room is entrance hall and bathroom. The owner lives in the same complex which is a former farmer house with several flats. She is a mother of three, sixty years old & nice to chat in german. All amenities, including Bus, trains, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, a few minutes walk. To Linz city center you need about 15 min(🚌🚅🚘)

Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Mit eigenem Airbnb-Zugang zur Wohnung ist Privatsphäre gesichert. Ortstaxe vor Ort zu zahlen: €2,40/ Tag Erw. Kinder bis 15 Jahren frei. Es wurde viel Wert auf Kinderfreundlichkeit gelegt.
